Lean Six Sigma
Make Operational Excellence an Ongoing Commitment
Lean Six Sigma Training and Certification
Process improvement isn’t just a one-time project; it’s an ongoing commitment to excellence. This requires the creation and maintenance of a “Lean culture” in your organization.
A big step toward such a culture is by having someone on your team certified in Lean Six Sigma. With an LSS Green, Yellow or White Belt on your staff, you’ll help ensure that the changes you’ve made are sustainable and allow for continuous improvement.
James Moore has made it easier than ever to get certified in Lean Six Sigma and put these principles to work in your organization. Better processes lead to stronger performance, and becoming a Lean enterprise will help you reach your full potential. So take that step to make your changes last!
Training That Works for Your Organization…and or You
Our Lean Six Sigma certification training packages are flexible and affordable. We take a blended learning approach, combining online self-study with weekly group calls (and in some cases, in-house corporate training) to accommodate both your schedule and your budget.
We also offer training workshops for your entire department or organization. These sessions, entirely focused on your processes, can complement certification training or be performed a la carte based on your needs.
Courses run from two hours for a basic informational session to 40 hours for Green Belt certification. These programs are collaborative and interactive. We won’t simply lecture you; we’ll present you with real issues and situations and have you work through them together.
