Julie Kniseley, SHRM-SCP
President, HR Solutions
Julie has over 30 years of diverse human resources management experience that spans start-ups to established organizations. She has worked extensively in all facets of human resources including audits and compliance, benefits and compensation, recruiting, employee and labor relations, training and development, and policy design and has experience in both union and non-union environments.
Julie leads the James Moore HR Solutions Consulting team, which provides clients with guidance and solutions to build and improve their HR infrastructure. Clients include start-ups, non-profits, government entities, construction companies, medical practices and more. She is regularly asked to give presentations to various professional organizations.
Julie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Toledo. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
Katie Tanner, PHR
Senior Human Resources Consultant
Katie has over 20 years of professional HR experience in multiple leadership and consultative roles. Her work has spanned a variety of employment sectors, including municipal government, healthcare and professional employer organizations. She has developed expertise in all facets of human resources including talent management, total rewards, performance management and compliance, and more.
At James Moore, Katie advises clients on HR-related matters. When partnering with an organization Katie, invests time in understanding the culture, challenges and goals to ensure her recommendations are uniquely tailored to meet the client needs. Her keen ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with all stakeholders enables her to build strong relationships and implement sustainable HR strategies.
Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and is certified with her PHR. She has also been a panelist and session leader at events such as the Forbes School of Business Thought Leadership Summit, the Jacksonville We Rise Women’s Conference, Jim Moran’s Small Business Leadership Conference, Florida/Alabama Medical Group Management Association Conference and HR Florida.
Danielle Towery, PHR
HR Consultant
A dedicated HR professional with over 25 years of experience, Danielle is a passionate advocate for both employees and management. She excels at crafting tailored HR solutions that align with business objectives while enhancing the overall employee experience. She also has a keen understanding of employment laws and regulations and a genuine empathy for people.
Danielle’s expertise as an HR generalist includes recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits and compensation, performance management, training and development, and HR policies and compliance. While she has worked primarily in the nonprofit sector, she also has experience with small and medium-sized for-profit corporations in various industries. Regardless of the industry, Danielle enjoys using her expertise to advise clients in order to foster a positive, compliant and effective workplace.
