Growth Requires Knowledge

You’ve got goals for your organization: taking on bigger projects, expanding your donor base or serving a wider market. But achieving them takes work beyond your day-to-day accounting and operations. It requires expert knowledge in financial analysis, budgeting and strategic planning, as well as industry-specific experience to account for your unique challenges and needs.

Our fractional CFO services provide the knowledge and expertise of a chief financial officer — without the c-suite price tag on your payroll. We handle risk management and compliance, financial forecasting, relationships with your banks/donors/investors and much more, all at a price that works for you.

How does it work?

We’ve answered the most common questions we hear about fractional CFO services.

Under an outsourced arrangement, your chief financial officer function is performed instead by a qualified third-party firm. Their work might include strategic planning for long-term growth, preparation of financial statements, managing cash flow through reporting and monitoring, and tracking KPIs to catch issues before they grow into bigger problems. They can also assist with bonding and surety concerns, handle communication with your lenders, investors and board, and guide your in-house finance team.
