James Moore Acquires Computer Network Experts’ IT Support Division

James Moore & Co. has acquired the IT support division of Computer Network Experts (CNE). The firm’s Technology Solutions Consulting (TSC) team will now support all of CNE’s IT/computer support and managed services clients. CNE will continue to perform voice, low voltage data and fiber cabling services.

For over 30 years, CNE has provided a wide range of technology services to its clients. The company has also enjoyed a warm relationship with James Moore; founder Rod Wiggins and James Moore Manager of Technology Solutions Curtis McCallister have worked cooperatively for over a decade. So each has an understanding of the other’s commitment to quality and service.

“There has always been a mutual respect between Curtis and me. We always had nothing but good things to say about each other,” said Wiggins. “James Moore brings to the table a very professional IT division with an in-depth team of highly dedicated support technicians.”

The history and goals shared by the two companies made the acquisition a perfect strategic fit, according to Charles Westfall, chief operating officer at James Moore.
