Smoak Allen

Smoak has nearly ten years of accounting experience, much of which has centered on construction industry-related companies such as contractors, sub contractors, homebuilders and related companies. He assists these clients in the areas of financial reporting, restructuring, transition/exit planning, surety bonding, FDOT prequalification and reporting, and FDOT overhead. Having previously worked at a construction firm and as a real estate agent, Smoak has a thorough understanding of industry terminology and operations—critical knowledge that he brings to the table for his clients today. As such, he is a valued member of our Construction Services Team.

As a CPA and a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP), Smoak has a level of industry knowledge not found in most accounting firms. He is also a member of the Builders Association of North Central Florida (BANCF), the Construction Industry CPAs/Consultants Association (CICPAC), and the Florida Surety Association.
