Nikole Souder-Schale

Nikole supports our firm’s Government Services Team as they strive to meet business goals. Her work involves developing relationships with Florida agencies and relevant government stakeholders, listening to their concerns, and connecting them with professionals who offer the solutions they need.  

Nikole has led complex multi-state initiatives in the for-profit, government and nonprofit sectors, defining strategies from concept to execution. She recently led a $1.5 billion federally funded pandemic program with more than 1,500 employees and 200,000 clients. She has spent more than two decades collaborating with government stakeholders and impacting public programs. Her experience allows her to understand the unique perspective of government clients and the importance of ensuring public accountability.
