Nick manages audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion, working closely with clients and engagement teams throughout the process. He oversees engagement planning, reviews audit workpapers and financial statements, and coaches and develops audit staff and seniors. Nick also helps identify and address significant accounting, auditing and internal control matters, collaborating with clients and engagement partners to navigate complex issues and identify practical solutions.

At James Moore, Nick works primarily with nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a Big 4 accounting firm, where he audited large Fortune 500 companies. His background in accounting, information systems, and finance gives him a well-rounded perspective and enables him to understand organizations from financial, operational, and systems perspectives.

Nick loves to surf and travel for waves. If he is not surfing, you will find him outside fishing, hiking, at the gym, or hanging out with friends on the beach. He lives in New Smyrna Beach and tries to spend as much of his free time outdoors.
