What is Suralink?
Suralink is a secure, cloud-based document exchange system that organizes all requests and file uploads in one convenient place. Rather than emailing sensitive information to us, Suralink provides:
- A single, secure portal to view all document requests for your engagement
- Easy drag-and-drop uploading from your computer or device
- Real-time visibility into the status of items requested by our team
- A built-in, encrypted communication channel for questions and clarifications

How it Works
- You’ll receive an email from Suralink Support titled, “Invitation to join [James Moore & Co.] at Suralink.”
- Create your account. You’ll set your password, time zone and agreements.
- Check your email for a verification message. Then set up your authenticator app if you don’t already have one. (While we recommend Google Authenticator, Suralink also works with LastPass, Microsoft Authenticator, DUO and Twilio Authy.)
- Visit the Suralink home page and click the Login button at top right to log in to your engagement.
- Once you’ve logged in, you can upload requested documents and track request status.
