Katie Tanner, PHR

Katie is a forward-thinking HR consultant with over 20 years of experience guiding organizations in government, healthcare, and PEO sectors. She specializes in all areas of human capital management, including talent strategy, total rewards, performance optimization, and compliance. She helps organizations evaluate and deconstruct PEO arrangements that no longer fit, enabling them to regain control and implement scalable HR solutions.
