Brendan McKitrick

Brendan has nearly 20 years of experience in auditing, agreed-upon procedures and accounting, with a dedicated focus on government entities. He spearheads audit engagements for municipalities, special districts and counties and provides general advisory work for government entities from the local to state level. Brendan is a key member of our Government Services Team, which performs the highest number of county audits in the state of Florida.

As a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Brendan has a deep understanding of the systems that drive financial data. He also stays current on technology and government audit standards and is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), the Government Finance Officers Association and the Florida Government Finance Officers Association.

In addition to his client work, Brendan is a seasoned industry thought leader. He is a regular presenter in our annual government CPE webinar series and has spoken at several conferences and organizations, including:
