James Moore Named One of the 2022 Best Accounting Firms to Work For by Accounting Today

James Moore has been named as one of the 2022 Accounting Today’s Best Accounting Firms to Work For. This is the fifth time James Moore has received this award and the third year in a row the firm was named to this list. This year we’re listed as the #32 mid-sized firm in the nation, as well as one of the top 15 firms in the gulf coast states (Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana).

Accounting Today partnered with Best Companies Group to identify accounting companies that have excelled in creating quality workplaces for employees. This survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in the accounting industry.

Firms nationwide entered a two-part survey process to determine which made the list. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part is an employee survey to measure the employee experience. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data and determined the final ranking.
