Vince has over 20 years of governmental finance and administrative experience, bringing a unique blend of expertise to the table. He oversees the financial, budgetary and other advisory services provided to James Moore’s governmental clients, including outsourced accounting and fractional CFO services. He also performs ongoing strategy development for the firm’s governmental advisory services practice.

Vince has spent his entire career working for city governments, having service in assistant city manager and finance director capacities for three municipalities. In fact, his passion for this work goes back to his teenage years; he started attending city council meetings in high school and interned in his hometown mayor’s office at just 19 years old. He is also a member of several industry organizations, including FGFOA, GFOA, the Florida City/County Management Association (FCCMA) and the International City/County Management Association (ICMA).
