Kim Hardy

A certified public accountant in the state of Florida, Kim Hardy has over 25 years of experience providing accounting, tax and consulting services to small businesses and individuals. She has worked with clients representing various industries, including real estate, property management, restaurant franchises, and other commercial industries. Kim has expertise in tax and she has assisted countless clients in maximizing their deductions through implementation of the tangible property regulations as part of her work with the Real Estate Services Team.

Kim is accredited in business valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is also a Certified Valuation Analyst with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. She has performed valuations on a variety of businesses and works with several attorneys to provide litigation support, primarily focused on cases involving marital dissolution.
