Mike explains that most manufacturers aren’t struggling because their balance sheets are weak. The real challenge shows up in pricing, tariffs, workforce decisions and capital spending made in an environment that keeps changing. Tariffs have moved from headlines to true cost inputs. Pricing models need to be defendable with customers. Culture has become a competitive advantage when pay can’t be. And capital investments only work when they clearly support the bigger strategy.
