Steve oversees the entire recruiting life cycle and manages the talent acquisition team. His responsibilities include working with senior leadership to provide resources, supporting hiring managers, developing recruiting strategies, and improving the firm’s brand awareness and candidate engagement.
Steve brings over 15 years of talent acquisition, coaching and management experience to the table. His previous work spans companies across several industries including restaurant-focused software providers, credit unions, recruiting corporations and more. His wide-ranging expertise gives Steve a unique understanding of finding and hiring the best talent to serve our firm’s clients.
