Stacey Shields

Stacey has nearly 30 years of professional accounting experience. At James Moore, she performs tax consulting, research and return work; serves as a supervisor and trainer for seniors, staff members and interns; and handles IRS correspondence on behalf of clients.

Stacey has worked with businesses of all industries and sizes, from small single-owner companies to multi-million dollar international enterprises. Her clients include real estate and land development businesses, medical practices, restaurants, childcare facilities, insurance agents and much more. She has expertise in the forming, structuring, and reporting of partnerships and S corporations, particularly when it comes to integrating them into tax strategies and sales of those entities.
