Cat has nearly 20 years of experience in operational management and executive assistance. Her job at James Moore digital is to ensure the company runs smoothly; she develops and documents processes and procedures, finds and fixes gaps, and works collaboratively with the team on potential changes.

Most of Cat’s work history has been in the technology industry, enhancing internal operations and delivering results to clients. Achievements include developing customer service training, as well as implementing checks and balances that eliminate wasteful spending.
