This reference can help you make sure the salaries you pay are both in line with the current market and affordable given your budget.
Developed in cooperation with the Suwannee River Area Health Education Center, this Gainseville-based survey includes data collected from area nonprofit organizations. The comparison tool includes charts showing average salary by position/level and organizational revenues. We’ve also included data on the percent of total expenses dedicated to compensation and benefits, as well as percentage of revenues coming from special events.
