Carol started with James Moore & Co., P.L. in 1980 after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida. In 1988, Carol became a Member/Owner of the Firm.
"While other accounting professionals may have moved from job to job, I have gained most of my experience here at James Moore & Co., P.L. working with a variety of clients," Villemaire said. "I choose to stay with James Moore & Co. because the philosophy of the Firm is to put client service first and it complements my own standards for business."
Carol advanced rapidly in the field of accounting, working on financial statement and tax engagements. Over the years, she has honed her knowledge and experience and now functions in the review, supervision and client-relationship area. Additionally, the knowledge and experience she gained over the years have assisted her to guide many clients on special projects and consulting issues. Carol's primary focus is to ensure that clients receive quality work with a distinguished level of service.
Carol provides a variety of services to her clients ranging from tax returns and financial statements (audits, reviews and compilations) to tax planning and general business consulting. She has advised clients in many areas but concentrates on industries such as real estate, technology-based firms and nonprofits.
To Carol, the key to success as a certified public accountant is to provide exceptional service. Carol strives to provide service that is undisputedly the best by exceeding each client's expectations.
"Great service means timely and accurate work, responsiveness and personal attention," Carol said. "It's knowing a clients' goals and helping accomplish them."
