Roger provides business consulting and accounting services to a wide variety of clients. While he regularly works with a variety of small businesses, he has an extensive background in accounting and taxation of contractors and real estate developers. Roger also provides accounting and consulting services to public companies registered with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. This includes companies engaged in private and public capital raising and financing efforts and mergers and acquisitions.

Roger's experience working as a CFO coupled with the wide range of experiences gained from being an independent CPA, brings a unique working understanding and perspective to his clients. He spends a significant amount of his time serving clients as their business advisory and problem solver.

Roger has more than 17 years of experience as a certified public accountant including three years with the international accounting firm of Ernst & Whinney and two years as Chief Financial Officer of a national environmental consulting, construction and equipment fabrication firm.

Roger received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Accountancy, both from Stetson University. Roger became a Member/Owner in 2001.
