Mark Payne has more than 14 years of experience with James Moore & Co. He became a Member/Owner in November 2003.
A certified public accountant in the state of Florida, Mark is responsible for the business development and management of accounting, auditing and business consulting services to a wide range of clients, including professional associations, nonprofit organizations and governmental agencies as well as a variety of businesses and building contractors. Mark has extensive knowledge with Federal and state tax compliance issues.
Mark received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University. Mark has exceeded the continuing professional education requirements of the Florida Statutes and Governmental Accounting Standards and has taught numerous classes related to compliance auditing.
